APO's Farewell Concert Paalam "NAPO"

Last night at the Music Museum, the country’s premiere musical trio has performed for the last time. It is the final gig for an institution in the Philippine Music Industry–the APO Hiking Society.

“Paalam nAPO” is the title of the farewell concert series, where they sang their hits during their time, such as “Magkayakap Sa Dilim”, “Saan Na Nga Ba Ang Barkada?” and more. The final performance was graced by famous personalities including the couple Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo, Isabela Governor Grace Padaca, Valenzuela City Councilor Shalani Soledad and her boyfriend, President Apparent Noynoy Aquino. APO Hiking Society endorsed the candidacy of Aquino during the election, so the trio gave a medley performance for him.

The show ended with an emotional final performance where their families went up the stage. Although it is their final performance, the APO Hiking Society is always and will always be a part of the music industry and inside the hearts and minds of the Filipinos who have listened to their music.
